LOCATION:

Please enter at 51 Dock Road. Proceed straight behind the building for garbage and recycling, then turn right and then left continue driving forward, passing 2 cottages on the left and right, until you reach a wide square where there is a parking lot for cottage 7, then you have to go down the stairs towards the lake and the cottage will be right in front of you

PARKING:

Please park in the designated parking space near the cottage. Limit to 1 vehicle. Overflow parking available at back of property

  • You are a guest at our house. We expect our guests to respect our property and belongings. You agree to notify us if anything is damaged or lost.

  • Recycling is MANDATORY in the Town of Long Lake. Please recycle: Glass, Plastic, and Cans (everything must be clean before recycling). Please bring your garbage down to our recycling station near the exit of the grounds before 7pm daily. The building is locked after 7pm. Please keep food and garbage inside at night as we have wild visitors who really like garbage.

  • There is no daily maid service in the cottages. Please leave the cottages clean when you leave. Please clean all your dishes and take out the garbage prior to leaving. Please turn off all lights and heaters when checking out. For cottages left uncleaned, cleaning fees start at $200.

    We can provide housekeeping services during your stay at at additional cost. Please contact our staff to request

  • This cabin has a wood burning fireplace. You are responsible for your own firewood. Please make sure the flue is open and start with a small fire then add more wood accordingly. This fireplace can really heat up the cottage quickly, a small fire can go a really long way…

    Please be sure to leave your fireplace cleaned of all ash and unburned wood, all of which may be left in the ash bucket. Cleaning fees start at $100.

  • You can have a fire on our beach using one of our fire pits. You can purchase firewood at Stewart’s or any local roadside firewood stands. If you plan to source your own firewood, please be aware that local regulations prohibit the transport of firewood more than 50 miles from where it was cut. This is to protect local forests from harmful parasites that can quickly kill off certain tree populations. Please protect our trees.

  • Each cottage includes a propane fueled grill on the porch. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. The grills use a standard 16oz propane bottle. These can be purchased in town, at home improvement stores, or in the camping section of many big box stores. The grills are not designed for use with charcoal and attempting to use it may present a fire hazard. Use the appropriate propane tank only. Please clean your grill before checking out. Cleaning fees start at $100.

  • This Cabin has DishTV with a local channel lineup.
